Option #2 ProspectingStep back in time and be a prospector for a day. Mine for Herkimer Diamonds and keep what your find! Cannot go out to the mines? We will bring the soil and rock to you, as well as a “Diamond Presentation” lecture. Either way, this will be an adventure. Cost: $7.50 per person
Option #3 Prospecting and Creating Personalize your find by creating jewelry or a craft as a keepsake. Cost: $18.00 per person
Option #4 FossilingEach participant receives a bag of fossil rough and is guaranteed to find a variety of fossils. North Americas oldest known fossil, stromatolite, is naturally found in the Herkimer Diamond Mines only Cost: $7.50 per fossil bag (12 participants per twenty minutes)
Option#5 Prospecting & FossilingDo both and save !! Combination of both Option #2 and #4 Cost $14.00 per person
Option #6 Prospecting, Creating and FossilingAn adventure to remember!! 2008 package includes all of the above. Cost: $26.00 per person
